Join Desert Endurance Racing for a chance to cool off with an open water swim that explores the beautiful Lake Pleasant Regional Park waters. This swim is designed to provide a safe and fun way to get some OWS while cooling off from the summer heat.

This swim will be approximately 60-min in duration consisting of an out-and-back from the Castle Creek Boat Ramp. Feel free to swim a shorter duration if desired. Wetsuits this time of year shouldn't be necessary, but if you would be more comfortable wearing one, feel free!

We will meet in the parking lot by the restrooms at the Castle Creek (North) Boat Ramp (See map pin). Please arrive at least 15 minutes early and prepare to be feet wet by 0715.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable swim, please come prepared with the following:
• A brightly colored swim cap (mandatory)
• A safety swim buoy (mandatory)
• Wetsuit (optional - water temps updated closer to the day)
• Swim goggles with defog are highly recommended
• Appropriate swimming attire
• Sunscreen and sturdy shore shoes (that can get wet) are highly recommended

☆☆ With the high temps rising, I'd like to start a bit earlier and be done before it gets too hot☆☆

Take advantage off a partial silent Sunday!

We'll warm up on San Juan Road, then take Telegraph Pass Road towards the towers as far as you can! Challenge yourself with this climb, and we'll regroup in the Altra Trailhead parking lot before heading back to the start.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early and prepare to be wheels down by 0700

We will meet in the parking lot in front of the visitor center. This is a partial drop ride - stopping on the climbs is hard! We'll regroup at turns, but be familiar with the course which can be seen here:
